* Our flat rate charge for disbursements includes both disbursements and in-office charges for all file administration charges, photocopying, Land Title Office search, registration and Agent fees, tax search costs, Law Society trust administration fees, couriers within the Vancouver area and postage. Our flat rate does not include Property Transfer Tax, Land Owner Transparency filing fees, survey certificate costs, strata corporation charges or insurance agent charges.

Government taxes for GST and provincial sales tax are additional.
